We're now looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the Guardian Jobs team! Guardian Jobs is the dedicated recruitment site of the Guardian News and Media group. We bring together like-minded job seekers and employers to create a happier world of work for everyone.

This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a varied role as you'll be involved in everything from sales, marketing, analysis to customer service.

About the Role

  • Client and internal sales team support via email, video call and live chat to ensure all recruiters have a smooth and professional experience; managing complaints and data incidents, providing job posting and application process support
  • Provide support for the sales team in relation to the Recruiter Services product, processes and performance by way of data and reporting
  • Deliver smooth and professional service for all users of the Guardian Jobs platform
  • Assist with the production of Jobs performance and sales metrics and communicating them to our stakeholders
  • Analyse and report on performance data by ad, client, and sector

About You

  • Customer service, sales or account management experience
  • Good working knowledge of websites or online platforms
  • Experience reporting on data and presenting back in an engaging way, either internally or to external clients
  • Enjoys understanding and learning how systems or platforms work
  • Interested in online advertising technologies and recruitment advertising techniques.
  • Awareness of web analytics and online marketing tracking tools to boost advertising effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills (including analysing data)
