We're now looking for a CRM Executive to support the execution of the Guardian's CRM revenue strategy across its digital reader products. You'll contribute to driving rapid performance growth for our much-loved news brand.
About the Role- Planning, developing, and executing targeted CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and winback journeys.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design audience-centric experiences across email and other available channels.
- Analysing activity performance in partnership with the Analytics team to optimise results and inform future testing and innovation.
- Ensuring all CRM activity adheres to data privacy and legal requirements.
- Partnering with creative, product and customer experience teams to deliver compelling and effective reader communications.
- Presenting campaign strategies and performance insights to internal stakeholders, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
You'll be working in a hybrid model, our office days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
About YouWe're looking for a proactive, curious and data-driven marketer who is excited by the opportunity to grow digital reader revenue. You should bring:
- Experience creating CRM campaigns using platforms (ideally Braze but not essential).
- Knowledge of marketing performance tracking, segmentation, and test-and-learn principles.
- A background in email marketing; experience in other channels is a bonus.
- A logical, process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with editing HTML is useful but not essential.
- A self-starter attitude and eagerness to work flexibly, adaptively, and collaboratively across multiple teams?.
