Accounts Payable Administrator

We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team!
In this role you'll be responsible for processing invoices and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
About the Role
- Timely and accurate matching of purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time against approved purchase orders
- Maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external customers enabling effective communication of issues and collaboration on new developments
- Assist with the new supplier process, ensuring adherence to purchasing due diligence and all purchasing policies.
- Contribute towards the team reaching expected service level agreements for the team email inbox and dealing with all related supplier and contributor queries.
- Support in ensuring all month end, quarter end and year end procedures are completed in line with the agreed timetables
About You
- Very detailed oriented with excellent planning, organisation and administration skills
- Analytical with great problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Some accounting knowledge
- Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
- Experience of working in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
- Experience of Oracle Fusion would be desirable but not essential
